It doesn’t matter if you think it “looks OK” – if the bristles have worn or softened over time, the onboard computer senses that there isn’t enough resistance between the brushroll and the floor and the height adjustment won’t work properly.If it’s Sebo and we’ve not got it, you probably don’t need it..
